From Warrnambool to Portland and back

IMGP5200_3008x2000
Codrington Wind farm. As far as the eye can see...

IMGP5221_3008x2000
Our next stop, Portland Port.

IMGP5231_3008x2000
Free food from the fishermen.

IMGP5245_3008x2000
Better be careful, they do bite... Warned the fishermen...

Waiting patiently for their meals.

IMGP5235_3008x2000
Don't fight, there's plenty of it. Sharing is caring, rite...

IMGP5279_3008x2000
Another Wind Farm at Cape of Bridgewater. Just look at the size of it (Compare it with the cars beside it). Truly an engineering marvel.

IMGP5302_3008x2000
Still at the same place.

IMGP5294_3008x2000
This place is called "The Petrified Forest". It's true.

IMGP5329_3008x2000
Yadda, yadda, yadda, to the bat's cave...

IMGP5345_3008x2000
Nothing in there. Just an empty cave (What did you expect...Treasure???)

IMGP5337_3008x2000
View from afar. Someone asked me what's that for. Huhu, to generate electricity my dear.

IMGP5353_3008x2000
Another visit to Logans Beach but unfortunately still no whales sighting. Time to call it a day.

IMGP5370_3008x2000
Filling our stomach before we go home.

Finally our adventure comes to an end. Great time of my life. Hehe, now I'm planning on another adventure. Not sure when but it's all depend on my 'tax return'. But definitely it will be something crazy...Hahaha... Cheers...

P/s Testing, testing, testing... Try to upload the pictures using Flickr. Quite a tedious thing to do. If only I got some spare time.

From The Great Ocean Road to Warrnambool

The journey continues...

Fierce waves down here. I dare not swim.

Magnificent view. I think everyone agrees with me on this.

Our final stop along the Great Ocean Road. It's getting dark already. Better make haste.

This is our shelter for the night. I would recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay here at Warrnambool. Why??? Just browse downward. I'll explain.

Early in the morning... I've already felt in love with this place.

Great place to relax & wind-up. Coffee anyone??? (Notice the star & crescent shapes,
nice isn't it)

Nice looking garden at the back. Really well maintained.

Even got a garage that can fit two huge vehicles and I really mean huge. Need to be extra careful though when entering.

The living area complete with a heater. The most essential thing during winter.

Common area I think. Simple and nice decoration.

My bedroom. Haha, reminiscence of my old room back home.

Preparing to leave. After a good night sleep (mind you, I didn't had a really good sleep for the past 48 hours), I'm really looking forward with the outing this time around.

Our first destination for the day... The graveyard... Huhu, just kidding...

Hopkins River. Uhhh, I got some dust on my lens. Didn't notice that before.

Proudfoots Boathouse??? Weird name.

Fresh air with great scenery plus...

A glass of hot chocolate. Huhu, someone accidentally put sugar in it... It's all right, I just want to minimise my sugar intake... Huhu, better start early kan... A healthy life starts with a healthy food or drink???

Our next destination, The Logans Beach. My first impression about this beach is it resemble a fortress from The LOTR trilogy. With it huge and high walls with some lookout platform... I really thought for a moment that I was like in the movie itself. Minus the ogre... Huhu...

No whale sighting... Move on to the next place... Flagstaff Hill...

Warrnambool... Welcome, welcome...

Tower Hill... Those emus are really far, far away...

We stumbled at this place by chance. Hehe, a water-cycle, can I borrow it for awhile???

To be continued...Again...
