Oh, My head...

Yeah, i got a major headache last week...

The place??? High Chapel Apartments...

The problem??? No hot water available...

The solutions??? Inform my friend, then need to call Body Corporate so that they can arrange for the plumber... plus needs to entertain dozens of calls from the tenants complaining about it...(haha, mesti korang semua tak mandi hari tu kan...dahla sejuk, pastu hot water lak takder)

A friend of mine asked me to fill up his place as a resident manager there since he have to go somewhere and i end up agreeing with it. Hey, it's not a big issue...nothing wrong can happen right...boy, am i WRONG... Something did happen... during the rainstorm last week, somehow the heating system for the entire apartment just went kaput (Haha, how should i know... I'm not staying there...). Aiyooo, since then, i got a lot of calls from the tenants asking me when they will get their hot water supply again. Pening nak jawab, banyak sangat ragam...(ada yg ok tak kurang gak yang tak ok)... Luckily, everything was settled the next day...
Haha, one more funny incident that i will never forget...is when two ladies went there looking for the Resident Manager...Coincidently i was there...

Kat depan pintu masuk... 2 orang nie macam terpinga-pinga ajer...

me: Hi there...
ladies: Hi.
me: ???... Errr, if you guys want to go in...you need to page your friend first.
ladies: No no, actually we want to have a look at this place... we read from the newspaper and found out that some units here are available for renting...

me: ohh, i see, so help yourself...
ladies: Are you Malaysian???
me: Yes i am... are you Malaysian as well??? (dah agak dah tapi memang malas nak tanya in the first place...macam gedik semacam ajer...haha)
ladies: Yes, yes... We are from Malaysia, my name is Lily (yer kot) and this is my friend, Maria (yer kot gak, dah lupa dah & malas nak ambik tau)...
me: Hi, I'm Izwan... nice to meet you...
ladies: nice to meet you too...
me: Which part of Malaysia are you from? (mana la tau sekampung kaa)
ladies: Ooo, we are from 'Klang Valley'...
me: Ooo (duhhhhhh, nak glamour la tu... Sungai Buluh pun Klang Valley gak korang oiii)
ladies: By any chance, do you know the person in charge here?
me: Yup, i know him but unfortunately he's not around for quite some time and now i act on his behalf during his absence... but you can still reach him, there...at that notice board, feel free to jot down his mobile number...
ladies: Ohh, is he a Malaysian as well???
me: Yup, indeed he is...
ladies: Wowwwww, does he own this place???
me: Err, no... (hahaha, time nie dah nak start gelak dah) but i think you better call him if you needs anything...(pastu dah start malas nak layan dia orang)... Err, i got some errand to do...so, see ya...
ladies: Ok, see ya... Thanksssss...

Dapat phone call from my friend... "Wan, tadi ada 2 orang ex-stewardess sms aku tau. Dia orang baru sampai sini nak sambung study. Dia orang cakap yang depa betul2 suka tempat tu pastu minta tolong aku untuk dapatkan tempat untuk dia orang...Aku pun pass la contact number agent rumah tu... patutnya wan, kau la tolong dia orang... mana la tau bleh ngorat ker... hahaha, definitely a no no...not my type and not my taste la...lagi pun aku yang pass number phone ko kat dia orang...suruh dia orang contact ko sendiri...haha, lagi pun dia orang tu macam berminat ajer ngan ko bila dapat tau ko manager kat situ...tanya macam2 pulak...sampai aku pun malas nak layan...hehe, sebab tu la dia orang cakap kat ko yang dia orang tu ex-stewardess...kasi ko cair skit...kat aku tak cakap aper2 pun...haha, abis la ko, berjiran dengan dia orang...

Crap

It's been awhile since i last updated my blog. Been busy for the past few days with exam, assignment plus I've to work extra shift. Haha, i even got a phone call from my manager asking me to work yesterday (Sunday is my day off), sorry Nicola, i need to finish my assignment. Studies comes first right.
But yesterday i end up not doing any assignment or anything but instead i wasted my time formatting my lappy (it just breakdown all of a sudden). Argghhh... need to install back all of the softwares, drivers, fine tune some setup & bla bla bla...(it was really a tedious job)

Bak kata Kakja & Su, "hempuk ajer notebook tu..." Huhu, sayang ooo... (benci tapi sayang)

Tapi semalam sempat gak pegi jogging kat Albert Park...Haha, sukanyer hati, finally I've got my pace again. One complete round without stopping and guess what? I break my old record...So, mana nenek aritu??? (Albert Park waktu malam, memang cantik...)

Autumn in my heart...Daylight saving has ended, huhu...so, nak kena adjust balik semua jam kat dalam rumah nie...(Saper yg datang Melbourne Central mesti amik pic nie, including me)...

Hoho, i just bought myself a guitar today... Dah lama dah rasanya nak ada gitar sendiri tapi tak terbeli dari dulu lagi. Kali nie dapat ajer gaji terus sambar satu dekat Aldi. So, better late than never kan. Fortunately a friend of my sis voluntarily offered himself to be the teacher. Wokey, tambah sorang lagi cikgu, dulu ada cikgu vogue, skrang ada cikgu muzik lak...Alright Jordan, lets see what you got...

Beli skali dengan buku & DVD cara nak main gitar dengan betul..."Expert tuition to guide you from basics for beginners...bla bla bla..." Kalau lepas nie tak expert lagi tak tahu laaa...

jeng je jeng (bunyi gitar la tue)... baru lepas sesi berborak dengan kakja, "sometimes we need to open up ourself" that's what she said to me. huhu, yer kakja, tapi tak semua kita boleh citer kan kan kan?... Actually i did promised to someone that when i have my 'own' guitar, i will play this song for her... but that was 6 years ago...something happen back then and i haven't met her since & all that i know, she's getting married this year. Tahniah yer. I really mean it. So, dah takder sesaper la nak tujukan lagu nie but i still wanted to keep my promises...hehehe, so kakja...kali nie wan dedicate lagu nie kat kakja jer la...haha, abe anuar tak marah kot, cakap kat dia dari adik2...

Force of nature

For the second time in my life, i was nearly being knocked down by the gust of wind...hehe, the first time is when i walked behind a C-130 Hercules during her ground test in Airod. Today i received this in my mailbox...huhu, i got no classes on Wednesday so it doesn't effect me whatsoever. If only it happen tomorrow...hehe, so i don't need to submit my assignment that is due tomorrow...

My hobby??? Of course traveling or go backpacking. Really can't wait for the coming semester holiday...hehe, this time around i want to go somewhere far. The further the better...

Lucky that we didn't share the same fate. Very stupid of me back then...

Tonight i have to sleep on the sofa...huhu...confirm pagi esok start sakit belakang...

1st of April

Haha, 1 April... i would like to wish to my friend, Zir & Mastura...Happy Anniversary yang pertama... Semoga korang kekal selama-lamanya... Zir, my classmate nie kenal dia dari first year lagi...Waktu first year tu masing-masing stay kat hostel jadi tak kenal rapat sangat tapi lepas tu kita orang jadi kamceng pulak, tambah2 serumah lepas keluar dari hostel. Macam kaum nomad kita orang especially waktu final year. Dari Seksyen 7 Shah Alam, kami pindah ker P.J. (hehe, Padang Jawa yer) pastu ke Puchong then finally pindah lagi ke P.J. again tapi kali nie kat Paya Jaras pulak... Haha, i stayed there sampai la pindah lagi untuk ke sekelian kalinya ke sini, Melbourne... Si Mastura nie pulak, merupakan my 'partner in crime' dulu waktu zaman student... Haha, selalu jadi posmen karat atau orang tengah kalau dua-dua nie bergaduh... Korang nie memang macam-macam. Tapi Alhamdulillah, bahagia sampai sekarang... Once again, Selamat Ulang tahun yang pertama yer...

Peristiwa yang paling tak dapat dilupakan, si mastura nie minta ex bf dia jadi pengapit...haha, memang berbulu la si zir time tu...haha, nampak sangat senyum paksa aritu yer...

p/s Mangsa April fool yang pertama untuk tahun 2008 ini...sila angkat tangan....haha, jangan marah yerrrr :P

Jog jog jog

Huhu, dah 3 bulan lebih rasanya dah tak jogging. Perut pun dah start naik, tapi still tak macam kuih lapis lagi yer... (haha, tambah2 waktu balik Malaysia aritu, abis download my favourite food kat sana). Sekarang nie pun dah nak masuk musim autumn, so takder alasan la kalau tak pegi...

What happen bila dah lama tak gie jogging??? huhu, baru separuh tasik dah start 'pancit'.

Lagi sedih bila dengan selambanyer sorang nenek nie meng'overtake' me dan lagi haru bila dia tahu ader orang yang cuba mengejar lagi laju pulak dia lari...huhu, kuat jugak kederat orang tua tu...takper, give me 2 weeks pastu kita tengok saper lagi terror... Same place, same time, same location...but another 2 weeks yer...i'll challenge you again...huhu...

Takper, today sajer kasik chance kat dia...(actually perut masih full sebab baru lepas makan sebab tu la kalah... :P)
