Puffing Billy

This is my second trip with IDP Melbourne. This time around we're going to a train ride called 'Puffing Billy' in the Dandenong Ranges. Surely this is among one of my unforgettable experiences here in Melbourne.

Full house or better yet, 'full buses'.

Menzies Creek - Since we miss our first stop of the train, we ended up here instead.

Hoho, these kids are the victims at the moment. Everyone wanted to take photos with them.

On The Right Track

Yes, tomorrow I will start my third and final semester of my whole course. Really excited about it and I really can't wait to start working again (not as a kitchen-hand but something that relates with my qualification). But the only thing that trouble me is that, till now I still couldn't find any topic for my Master's project. Hopefully everything will settle by tomorrow.

Berries everywhere

I still remember early summer back then...went for berries picking at Dandenong...an hour journey by train...after that another half an hour by bus and a further 40 minutes of walking...yes, it's quite far but what a journey it is... for a change, no more busy city life or hectic schedules...just us and the nature plus a lot of berries...

Yup, just pick yourself

Nice view, fresh air, good weather...what more can we ask for...

Are we there yet??? Nope, still got a few kilometers left...

Simply breathtaking...

Boysenberries...

I never knew that strawberries got flowers till now...

Catch of the day

Bak kata Kakja, strawberries kat Australia & NZ memang manis... Yup, it's really difference from the one in Cameron Highlands...masam, you need to add sugar to sweeten it...but not in here...memang manis, especially kalau terus 'ngap' dari pokok (huhu, harap2 dia org tak sembur pesticide la, but hey, I'm still alive & kicking, rite???)

Not sure what this is, Raspberries kot???

Fat, juicy plums...

Cherries kot???

Tired of taking pictures of berries...tangkap gambar bunga la pulak...

Ermm, smells nice

Sangat cantik...

On the way home...tired...but it was really worth it...

P/s Are sure Kakja nak keje petik strawberry??? huhu, I've already experienced it and boy, it was really tiring...
