Last night were among the busiest night ever. To make matter worse, we really didn't anticipate it thus no extra staffs were allocated. The kitchen??? Haha, everything is in a mess. Only one cook to cater for 40 hungry peoples all at once. If Gordon Ramsay were there...The F*** word will probably be what we heard most.

P/s I'm really exhausted at the end of the day. But it is really worth it. No matter what happen, no matter how deep shit you were in, no matter how tired you are... Don't you ever, ever abandon your station. I learned that from the show... Not the cursing thought...
