Huhu, dah 3 bulan lebih rasanya dah tak jogging. Perut pun dah start naik, tapi still tak macam kuih lapis lagi yer... (haha, tambah2 waktu balik Malaysia aritu, abis download my favourite food kat sana). Sekarang nie pun dah nak masuk musim autumn, so takder alasan la kalau tak pegi...
What happen bila dah lama tak gie jogging??? huhu, baru separuh tasik dah start 'pancit'.Lagi sedih bila dengan selambanyer sorang nenek nie meng'overtake' me dan lagi haru bila dia tahu ader orang yang cuba mengejar lagi laju pulak dia lari...huhu, kuat jugak kederat orang tua tu...takper, give me 2 weeks pastu kita tengok saper lagi terror... Same place, same time, same location...but another 2 weeks yer...i'll challenge you again...huhu...

ade a few tips..buat regangan dulu, jgn jog unless dah 2 hours after ur meal and wear proper shoes and attire

huhu, thanks for the advise...actually dah lama dah tak jogging...yup, should have wait till the foods comes down first...wokey, next time kena makan awal2 skit...
